Rates & Insurance

Rates 
Initial Intake Session - 60 minutes - $150

Follow up session - 50 minutes - $120

Family Sessions - 60 minutes - $140

*Sliding Fee Scale available upon request with income verification.

Insurance 
Out of Network Provider.

At this time, we are not participating on any insurance panels.  Depending on your insurance coverage, most of your cost may be reimbursable through out of network benefits. Payment is due at time of service and you will receive an invoice for your records. You may submit this invoice to your insurance company for reimbursement of the covered percentage. Please check with your insurance carrier to determine your out of network benefits. 

Please check your coverage carefully by contacting your insurance company and asking the following questions:

• Do I have out of network mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

In therapy, the goal is to maintain your confidentiality to the best of our ability. You should know that insurance companies can request information regarding your treatment, including:

• Diagnosis

• Treatment Plans

• Clinical Notes

Flexible Spending Account 
You may be able to use this account for payment.  

Payment 
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. 

Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
